- What is the average shipping charge for an item?
Once you are approved as a Woodeze Dealer, login to the website and go to the Ecommerce page. From there you can download the Descriptions and Pricing Excel Sheet. Scroll over to column P and there you will see an average shipping charge per item.
- How do I know if an item is on Backorder?
You can check the item on the Web page or you can go to the Ecommerce Download page and download the Excel sheet entitiled Backorder Items List.
- Why did I not get an email tracking confirmation on my order?
Sometimes items may ship directly from the manufacturer and tracking is not available.
- What does it cost to become a WoodEze dealer?
It is Free to become a WoodEze dealer.
- Are there any restrictions on becoming a WoodEze dealer?
We would prefer all dealers to either have a "brick and mortar" store or an active website to sell our product, but it is not required.
- Will WoodEze drop ship product directly to my customer?
Yes, WoodEze will ship all your orders directly to your customer unless otherwise specified by you.
- What is the drop ship Fee?
Every order that is placed will incur a $5 dropship fee.
- How many items on the WoodEze web site can I sell?
You can sell as many as you wish.
