Terms and Conditions
Terms
All orders must be paid by credit card at the time the order is placed. All prices are
subject to change without notice.
Freight
Drop Ship Orders – All drop ship orders will generally ship within 1-2 business
days. A $5.00 fee will be added to all drop ship orders.
Stock Orders - All stock orders will generally ship within 2-3 business days. Stock
orders are F.O.B. from our warehouse. When a carrier accepts merchandise for
shipment, he also assumes responsibility for safe delivery. DO NOT SIGN for a
shipment until you are satisfied all is in order and in good condition. Be sure any
apparent damage is noted across the face of the freight bill and file a claim for
damages directly to the carrier. If there is concealed damage, notify the shipping
agent within 10 days and request inspection. Save the carton merchandise was
shipped in. DO NOT return damaged merchandise to us without authorization.

Warranty
Please call WoodEze for warranty procedures.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made before shipment. If the order is cancelled after
shipping, all freight charges for original shipment will be charged to the dealer’s
account.
Returned Material
Credit for returned merchandise will not be issued unless authorized by WoodEze
in advance. Acceptance of return will be at our discretion. After 30 days, a 20%
restocking charge will be applied to returned current saleable merchandise. We
cannot accept returns of discontinued or non-current items. No refund checks will
be issued for product returns. Credit will be issued against future purchases only.
Taxes
Buyer shall be liable for all Sales, Use, or Excise taxes not included in total
invoice price.
WoodEze Minimum Advertised Price
(“MAP”) Policy
MAP Pricing Provisions
MAP pricing indicates the lowest price at which WoodEze products may be
advertised for sale to the end consumer. MAP pricing applies to any advertising
presence or promotion. This MAP agreement only serves to disclose the price at
which WoodEze products can be advertised or offered for purchase. In no way
does this agreement stipulate the price for which WoodEze products may actually
be sold.
Scope of the MAP Policy
Although Resellers are free to determine their own pricing policies, WoodEze has
determined that products offered by the company will be subject to the MAP
pricing policy.
The MAP agreement applies only to factory new product, and does not apply to
merchandise such as floor models, factory seconds, re-manufactured merchandise,
or scratch and dent merchandise. Any merchandise being sold as something other
than “factory new” must be clearly identified to consumers.
No Unauthorized Redistribution
WoodEze authorized Resellers are authorized only to sell WoodEze products for
retail sale. Accounts who engage in the unauthorized redistribution of WoodEze
products covered under this MAP agreement without WoodEze express written
consent, will be in violation of this MAP agreement.
Maximum Advertised Price
This agreement does not set any maximum advertised price for any WoodEze
product. Resellers are free to advertise WoodEze products for any amount that
exceeds the MAP.
Confidentiality
The terms of this agreement are confidential and should not be disclosed to
retail consumers.
Other Matters
Sales Representatives of WoodEze are in no event permitted to discuss or
influence pricing policies with retailers. Retailers must make their own decisions
regarding actual pricing. Sales representatives have been instructed to limit their
activities with respect to this Policy to distributing a copy of the policy to a retailer
and informing the retailer of the current items covered under this policy.
All questions regarding the Policy and its enforcement should be referred to
appropriate personnel at WoodEze headquarters in writing. Correspondence can
be addressed to “Director of Sales and Marketing.”
